Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a service booked with a voucher is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours' notice, the voucher shall be considered redeemed.

Virtual Adoption is a symbolic supporting contribution. It does not grant ownership rights over the animal. Adoption benefits (visits, walks, stays) are subject to availability and must be booked in advance within the 12-month period.

As our services involve live animals and outdoor activities, we reserve the right to reschedule any booking at short notice due to adverse weather or animal welfare concerns. In such cases, a new date will be provided. No refunds are issued for rescheduling due to these factors.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
